VIALUX-3P-ALP-4: vialux v7001, Part DLP7000BFLP

Part Number: VIALUX-3P-ALP-4
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ALP, DLPC410

This is right:

The original DMD in the system broke and a DLP7000BFLP was purchased to replace it.

That DMD is not recognized.  I believe the ALP will default to 1080p.

I send pictures: This part was replaced.

 The picture of target:

I hope these images have the necessary information.

  • Hi Ma,

I would ask ViALUX to help you with this part, as TI is not the manufacturer of this board.

As Fizix has requested previously, it would be a good starting point to know if this uses the XCF16 secure PROM or not. Earlier revisions of this PROM did not recognize the B revision DMDs.
It does look like this board does use the XCF16, however, as seen in your 3rd photo. Let me pull in Fizix in the next couple days and see what the number on the label pulls up.

    Regards,
    Michael Ly

  • Hello Ma,

Micheal is correct, you will need to work with Vialux on this.  The DLPC410 version appears to be rev 5.  You will need to work with ViALUX to see what to do on this..
