I have a problema with my DMD vialux v7001.  A piece of the DMD broke.

Part DLP7000BFLP was purchased and installed in the DMD. 

But the DMD doesn't work. We had carried out different functional tests, and we could not get the DMD to work.

With the software, we receive a message when we turn on the DMD:
"The DMD type could not be recognized, or no DMD is connected. ALPDemo handles this like a 1080p DMD" 

We check that the electronic component lights up. Besides, when we send a pattern, other LEDs light up, but the DMD does not change or move any micromirror.

Another option, is there somewhere I can send the device for inspection?

    Hello Ma,

    Let me repeat what I understand.  The original DMD in the system broke and a DLP7000BFLP was purchased to replace it.

    That DMD is not recognized.  I believe the ALP will default to 1080p.

    If the DMD is not recognized the controller will not send any data (other than 0)

    Can you tell me the numbers on the XCF16 Xilinx prom that configures the DLPC410 controller, or send a picture?

    I believe earlier versions of the PROM did not recognize the B revision DMDs.

    Since what you have is a ViALUX product you should contact them regarding this.
