Hello,

Looks like you are using v7.4.2. Can you please confirm if any changes have been made to the firmware? Could you also provide a detailed description of the issue? If you are referring to the black and white vertical bar issue, this is usually causes when in external video mode without providing some time of video data.

I downloaded it now TI DLP Pico Hardware Diagnostic Tool.

What tool do I need to connect my hardware diagnostic tool to DLP technology controller, i2c to usb tool?

SCL, SDA, 3.3V and GND pins Which pins to connect to DLPC3432?
