Our customer has encountered an issue similar to the original thread. We followed the instructions from the thread but the results remain the same. Since he's currently unable to post and the EVM is still within warranty, I'm posting below on his behalf:
Here are the steps I took and the results I got. I reconnected the J2 connector in the TIVA board and the J1 connector of the Detector board. After reconnecting the connectors, the result didnot change. I also tried buying a new micro USB cable but still no change(short and with noise protection)
Here are all the methods and results I tried:
- Accompanied by 2 errors "TMP006 Error: Write Register Error" sometimes "TMP006 Error: I2C Error" and "Scan Error: ADCDataerror".
- The green and yellow indicator lights flash once per second .
- Because I doubt the cable, I tried scanning with the button on the board to save directly to the memory card and then rechecked thefilescanning process but it was still noisy. (The power applied 5V1A)
- Reset on the GUI and on the board but still the same
