Hi,

I have the DLP3010EVM-LC which I flashed a pattern to while it was powered on and connected. After the flash, the device stopped reconnecting to the GUI - the EVM status is shown as Connected, Powered Off all the time and there is no projector output. I am flashing the default firmware from the TI firmware selector tool, but the update firmware process is stuck at Step 1/3 - Erasing flash data for more than 30 minutes now.

What is the solution? Is there a reset I can do to the whole device so that it starts back as new?

    Hello Aditya,

    Are you seeing any image while you have the system on? I don't think you were programming the device as the status is 'Powered Off'.

    You may be providing power to the EVM but you have not turned 'ON' the projector. This means that the switch on the board is not flipped.

    The EVM status of 'Connected, Powered Off' should then update to 'Ready, Splash Screen'

    Hi Aaron,

    I did not see any image with the system on. I am aware of the "ON" switch, the GUI showed the EVM status as not connected even with the switch being flipped. 

    I solved the problem myself, by re-downloading and re-flashing the default firmware from the firmware selector tool.
