Hi there, I recently came across a list of different revisions of the 0.7XGA DMD and wondered whether they were available and whether there was any more information available for them. For example, I found some old literature which states that DMD part number 1076–746c has a window which is optimized for near infrared (900nm – 2000nm) wavelengths; does this product still exist?

Hello Helen,
The linked document is an old product preview data sheet from 2005. I recommend you base your design decisions on the current data sheet:
http://www.ti.com/product/dlp7000
TI does not offer a DMD "optimized" for near-infrared wavelengths at this time. However, the following application report provides wavelength transmittance information for the DLP7000, including the NIR wavelengths you mention.
Update:
The DLP4500NIR is now available and is optimized for NIR wavelegths. Visit the DLP4500NIR product folder to learn more.
Thanks, Eric
