Presently our customer is using TI OMAP3530ECBBA package processor with Micron POP MT29C2G24MAKLAJG-6IT (NAND Flash and LP-DRAM) in one of design.
Due to unavailability of Micron Part MT29C2G24MAKLAJG-6IT they are planning to migrate from a POP based design to a NON-POP based design within the same processor TI OMAP3530 or other equivalent (NON-POP based) with suitable memory chips (NON –POP based NAND Flash and LP-DRAM) which should be active for long time.
Please advice on same
