hi I've got 

DLP® NIRscan™ Nano Evaluation Module.

and whenever I turn on this on Window's app then the pop up appears like this even though I reinstalled the latest version.

Also I tried using the mobile app but it doesn't catch the sensor eventhough it is around them ,( bluetooth)
