DLP4710: DLP4711 same as DLP4710?

Hello,

I need to replace a DLP chip for a LG HF80JA 1920p Projector. The chip model is DLP4711FQL. I bet it is a rebranded TI DLP4710, but I ask for expert advice since I cannot find any reference on this model on the Internet. Below I attached a picture of the chip.

    Hi Horacio,
    You should work with manufacturer's authorize service center for repair. DLP4711 DMD is a different part number/DMD than DLP4710. It is very likely that system will not work if you use DLP4710 DMD in this system.

    Thanks Vivek. Unfortunatelly the manufacturer did not provide me a solution. This is a certified refurbrished LG HF80JA projector that started to show bright spots days after the 90 day warranty expired. They do not sell replacement parts and gave me no way to get it fixed in my country. I'll take my chances with the DLP4710FQL and hope it works, in other case I will be the unsatisfied owner of an expesive useless projector. 

    I will update the results later.

    I can now confirm tha the DLP4710 does not work in the HF80JA LG Projector. Unfortunatelly I have no way to get a DLP4711 to get it fixed.
