Hi Ti

I'd like to generate 365nm UV pattern for maskless photolithography with DLP Lightcrafter(DLP3000).

As you know, DLP3000 can't reflect UV light and the optical engine is for VIS range.

Can I get the UV-coated DLP3000? (I think I remove the optical engine and design the new one for UV)

If not, could you recommend any DLP for UV application?
