DLPDLCR2000EVM: 3D model

Part Number: DLPDLCR2000EVM

I can understand that there is no 3D model (what a pity!), but I can not believe that there is no other information about dimensions and measurement than the one that is in the related PDFs, when it is an evaluation module!

  • Hi Ruben

Are you looking for any specific dimensions not available in the Assembly Drawing (www.ti.com/.../tidrs03.pdf) ?

    Regards
    Azad
  • I'm looking for another dimensions. In the pdf there are very few dimensions of the unit.

I would like to know the height of the block of the light engine and the lens, the distance of the block of the light engine and the lens from the floor (without the BeagleBone Black) and the width of the block of the light engine and the lens and the distance from the right side of the projector. I would like to know the position of the nodal center of the image (it's placed in the lens) that is projected (I think it is spelled like that, sorry for my english). Although this last position would be very apreciated, I know that it's a very technical value and it's not as important for me.

I'm trying to make a 3D model of the unit because I have to print in 3D a tiny case for it that includes a Raspberry and a battery. Today, thanks to the width dimension that are in the pdf that you are refering to, I'm gonna take 3 pictures of the unit, putting them as a background and model using that reference. Otherwise, if you could send me the dimensions I'm talking about, I would be very grateful.

    Thanks a lot.

  • Ruben,

Thanks for your patience. I have added you as a contact on E2E so I can share the 3D model for the EVM with you. Please send me a private message once you have accepted my contact request.

    Best Regards,

  • Hello, I am looking for this exact information as well. Would it be possible to get a 3D model (even if approximate) of the evaluation board?

    Thank you!
  • Alex,

See your other thread. I have responded there.

    Best Regards,
