DLPLCR6500EVM: DMD stuck in Standby Mode

I started to run my evaluation board yesterday. At first it is running OK but several hours later it got stuck in Standby Mode. And it stayed in Video Mode. I cannot switch it to other modes. The attachment is a screenshot of the GUI. The problem is exactly the same as this thread:

I have changed USB cables. It does not help.

Hello Wenchen,

First, welcome to the DLP section fo the TI-E2E forums.

I assume that you have tried the suggestions in the two threads in the thread that you have referenced:

If not please try them, EXCEPT if the board is still in the warranty period do not replace any components on the board yourself. If it is in the warranty period and and using the boothold to reload the firmware (as detailed in the second link) does not work, then contact the supplier/distributor of the kit and request a warranty repair/replacement.

Thanks for response Fizix.

I just received the EVM several days ago. I believe it is still in warranty. Do you mean that I should not unmount DMD and do the testing in the other two threads??
