DLP2010NIR: Mirror Reset

Hi Team,

We would like to inquire if this information is also valid for our DLP-NIR products. (DLP2010NIR, DLP4500NIR, DLP650LNIR)

On the DLP9000, the maximum time between resets in Video Pattern Mode (which is different than video mode), Pattern on the Fly, or Pre-Stored pattern mode, is about 10 seconds. During a reset to the same image, you are correct in assuming that every mirror experiences a reset with a same side transition.

    Hi Mark, 

    The DLP-NIR products also have same side transitions just as the DLP9000.

    As for the maximum time between resets in Video Pattern Mode, this is a function of the DMD controller, not the DMDs themselves. Because each of these DMDs use different controllers, the maximum time between resets can all be different.
