Hi,
I was trying to update the Tiva Software for my NIRScan nano device, but the software kept freezing as shown below. I've tried many times and waited for half an hour but still nothing happened.
My current Tiva software version is 1.1.8 for the device itself, the GUI version is 2.1.0. I tried checking the "Tiva Flash is empty/erased" and/or the "Don't verify Signature", but nothing worked.
The device itself was working fine.
