I was not able to understand your queries clearly. Please see my responses to your questions below - 

Q1. What kind of display behavior are you seeing while running multiple pattern sets? Also, it will be good if you share your patterns with us so that we can reproduce the exact same issue which you are facing.

Q2. You can validate the timings of the patterns by observing trigger out signals in the oscilloscope.

Q3. Its not possible to generate trigger out signals only for specified patterns, the signals are generated for all the patterns being displayed. You can play with trigger out 2 delay to generate the signal according to your requirement.
