Please try downloading the zMax file directly using following link:

Select - Product -> Pico chipset

             Document type -> Design files

Down laod file for mthe following 

"Example DLP3010 (.3 720 TRP) Optical Reference Design"

Please let us know if you are able t oopen in zMAx?
