uboot logo keep from uboot to kernel DM816x

Hi Billy,

You should keep the boot logo configuration (HDVPSS, pinmux, VPDMA, framebuffer) from u-boot to linux kernel, which means you should remove any linux kernel re-initialization of these modules.

I also would keep to turn on the display if eventually anyone stops boot delay.
