Thermal model for DM816

I am looking for a thermal model of the TMS320DM8168. At the moment all I have are juntion to case and junction to board resistances from the datasheet. Ideally, I would prefer a flotherm model (pdml, PACK) or alternatively a DELPHI compact model (or just the model data).

Thanks for the links. I was looking for a more detailed thermal model than just junction to case/board resistances. I am creating an overall thermal model of my system to determine proper heat management solutions and would like increased accuracy surrounding the DM8168 thermals. I have read that TI can provide detailed thermal models of chips, is this the right place to be looking?

Douglas,

There are "2R Thermal Model" and "Delphi Thermal Model" available only under NDA and through local TI FAE.
