TI-API: TI API - Product Information

hello,

Product inforamtion in the production environment doesn't work for me. (e.g. transact.ti.com/.../AFE7799IABJ)

when I use the sandbox it works but the production returns:

        }
    }
}
Would it maybe depends on my permission,
Can you please check what you can do and let me know?
