hi there,
customer send order change for a partially shipped order, the issue is
1. no "estimatedDeliveryDateStatus" which confused customer a lot since they recognize "confirmed" as status
2.this order is partially delivered on 7/26 but shipped Qty is zero
pls help to check. tks

Presently, we are unable to support multiple schedules for a lineItem. This problem has been reported to the responsible IT team and they are urgently looking into possible solutions to resolve this. Until we have a solution, please advise the customer to only submit one schedule per lineItem. At present, we do not have a timeline on when we can expect a solution. I will notify you when we have a solution. Thanks for your patience.
