TI-API: Internal Server Error with Retrieve Backlog Order

When trying to get order by customer Purchase order number I am getting the following error.

  • Jacob as this is test would you share the test PO number and the order number, so we can dig deeper for the issue.

    I looked in the system to pull an older order by PO - 23283-0034 - this is a valid one in our test system for you - try to retrieve this to see if successful.- i can retrieve this one I do not see any test orders in our system for you since 10-25-23.
