Jacob as this is test would you share the test PO number and the order number, so we can dig deeper for the issue.
I looked in the system to pull an older order by PO - 23283-0034 - this is a valid one in our test system for you - try to retrieve this to see if successful.- i can retrieve this one I do not see any test orders in our system for you since 10-25-23.
I am not sure what was going on but the issues seems to have gone away. Thank you for the assistance!
