TI-API: Backlog-Order Errorcode TI-SOC-50000

Hi,

I´m trying to use the backlog-order-API and my first try returned following error

<code>TI-SOC-50000</code>
<type>ERROR</type>

<message>System error occurred. Execution ID: execution-616312c3-9434-46ef-8972-1b9f859f83da-2024.02.26 . Contact TI API Support api-portal.ti.com/support with the execution ID.</message>
 </messages>
Could you please tell me what the problem is?
Is the problem the character "/" at partnumber?

  • Hi Mark,

    The "/" is fine.  You need to insert the brackets "[]" around the "schedules" section.  See example below.

    Please re-try and let me know if this works, then, I'll close this thread.

    thank´s a lot - this was the problem.
    May I ask about the next problem ;-) here or should I open a new issue?

    errorcode --> ERR-BKG-ORDER-API-0071
    reason --> Invalid shipToAccountNumber

    I transmitted the shipToAccountNumber I got (beginning with 1 and ending with 9)
    Is that a wrong number? (format string)

    I believe you have a space between your shipToNumber and the ")".  Can you check that please?
