I have three questions regarding the Backlog order push API.
1.
Among the data items to be sent, "scheduledQuantity" is "string", but "shippedQuantity" is "integer".
They are the same in terms of quantity, but what is the difference?
2.
"requestedQuantity" is "integer" in backlog order retrieve, but "string" in push API.
Also, "customerAnticipatedUnitPrice" is "number" in backlog order Retrieve, but it is "string" in push API.
What is the difference?
3.
Regarding "tiScheduleLineNumber", can I get the same value with backlog order Retrieve and push API?
Hi Edpsinfo,
Below are responses to your questions:
1) The data set to these fields is the same, but, since "scheduledQuantity" was coded as a "string", we are unable to change it, without breaking other customer's flows. So, we need to leave it "as is".
2) There is no difference in the data. The fields were originally coded as strings and we are unable to change them, without breaking other customer's flows. So, we need to leave it "as is".
3) If you include the "tiScheduleLineNumber", we will return it. This value is controlled by the customer. I looked at some of your orders and did see where you included it when you created your order, and it is being returned in the Order-Retrieve. Please send me a specific order, if you believe there is a problem. Then, we can investigate further.
Regards,
Faye
