TI-API: Backlog order not showing in order history

Tool/software:

I have created a new backlog order. The order number 1024470386 is created Ok.

I do get the order status in the API as OPEN and all looks Ok.

But this order does not exist in the TI Backlog Report site, and when I try to get the Orders list in the API it is also not there.

All parameters like start and end dates are Ok.

Please advise.
