we are not able to access the documentation for backlog APIs on your portal. Can you please provide the access or share the new link to access details.

You should be able to access https://www.ti.com/swc/developer-apis/backlog/backlog-order-api/getting-started.html or https://api-portal.ti.com/backlog-api-suite. You'll need to be logged into your myTI account. Contact your TI sales team if you are having an issue viewing one of these.

Did you also try https://api-portal.ti.com/backlog-api-suite?

If you see the same issue there try https://api-portal.ti.com/v1/backlog-api-suite
