TI-API: A connection That was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server

Tool/software:

We are calling  /v2/store/products and the users are stating that they have started to recieve more more errors related tot "A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server."  and   An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.    According to the vendor,  our current configuration is set to keep the connection alive, which is the recommendation for fixing this error.

Can you please verify or let us know if you are facing this issue in recent weeks?
