TI-API: TI-TXT-005 - Pricing could not be determined

Hey,

I created a test order on the backlog route: transact.ti.com/.../test

The data I submitted was this josn structure:

I recieve the message with the code TI-TXT-005: "Pricing could not be determined".
Why is that so? When will the price be available?
