Hi ,TI:

    Hello, we need to design a large-screen machine that meets the ISO26262-B standard. Do the following functions of DS90UB948 support?

   1. Does the chip support FPD-LINK data verification? After verifying the data error, it will be returned to the master through the differential link?
   2. Does the chip support LVDS data verification, and the data error is returned to the master through the differential link?
   3. Does the chip support I2C anomaly detection? When an I2C anomaly is detected, it will be fed back to the master through a differential link?
   4. Is it possible to read back the CRC check result on the screen through the LVDS differential link?

    Hi Jinsheng,

    We have CRCs to protect the back channel control data (I2Cs) and error will be reported to registers and can be polled. 

    We have link error checks to protect FPD-Link and has RGB data checks is you use UH devices this will protect data in the FPD-Link channel. 

    We cannot verify LVDS data going out of the 948. The TCON may need to do some check on this portion.

    If the screen supports CRC calculation, you can read them back through I2C channels.
