The datasheet for DP83848-EP specifies in Table 4.7.1 that the IC requires a minimum Hardware Configuration Latch-In Time from Power Up of 167msec.
Is this value true across the entire operating temperature range (-55°C to +125°C) and for the various modes of operation (MII, RMII, 10/100Mbps, etc.) ?
Also, are there any App Notes that can be shared with us, that give a brief description of the configuration activities that take place in the 167msec duration ?
