Hi team,
Could you tell how to deal with WAKE-pin when it is not used?

Hi Noriyuki-san,
If you are not using the WAKE pin you can just connect it to GND. The WAKE pin will trigger a local wake up (LWU) on the device when there is a voltage transition on the pin. So a high to low or a low to high transition. If the pin is connected to GND then there will be no transition to cause a LWU. The only way to wake up the device will be through the CAN bus.
You can also connect the WAKE pin to VCC but you will need a pull up resistor for that. That would be an extra component which is not necessary if you just short it to GND.
Best,
Chris
Noriyuki-san,
To add to what Chris has said, you can also short the pin to battery. This will actually result in 2-3uA less current consumption overall.
