TPS65983B: Problem for TPS65983B application tool...

Dear SIrs,

I met the issue while using application tool and cannot save the binary file.

The pop up window and error message as below.

What should I do to fix it?

What version of the tool is this and could you describe the exact steps you took to get to this window Ex: Project->New Project -> Tahini Creek -> Ect.

Hi Sir,

My OS is WIN10 64bits

Here is the step for me.

1. install application tool.

2. install all items.

3. after install finished and first time run, the pop up message.

4. close message window and start use. Project -> New project -> Titan-Ridge Bus powered Device -> Internal (PP_HV) -> Disabled, and then message window pup again.

5. close message window and select Binary -> Save Binary, and window show up again and cannot output binary file.

That is process and problem what I met.

Please help.

Thanks for the info Peter. Unfortunately I followed the exact same steps and I don't see an issue. I'm reaching out to other GUI developers to see if they can help.
