Could you please share the below to support an ongoing customer design, I can't find the info in the datasheet:

Max operating junction temperature / Tj Max

Junction to Ambient thermal resistance / Theta jA

Junction to Board thermal resistance / Theta jB

Junction to Case thermal resistance / Theta jC

Hi Dan,

There's thermal information on page 25. Tjmax is 150C. I'll need to submit a thermal model request for Theta jB. Please allow up to 2 weeks (standard lead time for completion).
