Hi team,
what's the status of bit[5] of reg 0x49 of DS90UB948 if bit[6]=1?
I found that if set bit[6]=1, some time the bit[5] is 1, sometimes is 0.
thank you

Hello Betty,
Reg 0x49[6] is the MAPSEL Over Write enable from register configuration, and bit [5] is the Register setting of MAPSEL mode if MAPSEL OVER WRITE is set.
This means, if you write bit[6]=1, you enable over writing the MAPSEL in bit[5]. So you can write any value in [5]
Hi Hamzeh,
OK.
actually, we care about is that why the 0x49 will be change during normal work?
in init 948, we write 0x49=0x60
during normal work, read 0x49 value, will read different value sometimes. what will cause 0x49 change without software and hardware change?
thank you
Hello Betty,
If you enable the Over write bit, then bit [5] should not change during normal operation!
