Does ABA cross check show the failure following the unit or the board? If the ABA check follows the unit, can you please contact the local TI FAE to start the FA process?

Is HPD_SNK being driven high for both the good and the bad unit?
Do you have a scope that you can use to probe the output? Are you seeing any signal on the DP130 output?
If you change the cable (long or short), do you then see the video output?

Jabil:Yes, HPD_SNK (pin 11) signal is measured high(3.3v) for both good and fail boards,
Can you provide more detail on the condition that caused the unit failure, power cycling, unplug/plug the cable?
Jabil: The unit failed at start up shows no display information via the boards(see pic below), checking with related cable and connector are OK, and re-plug the cable could show the display windows. But then reboot the power, the failure shows again, it's not related with cable contacting.
we replaced the material SN75DP130, then the failure could be solved with new component, and if we place the defect material on other board, show the same fail again.

If you are able to display windows with unplug/plug the cable, then the unit itself looks to be ok. Do you have a scope that you can use to probe the output for further verification?
Is this a source or a sink application? Do you have a DP protocol analyzer to decode the DP link training?

I see the HPD_SNK goes high before the 3.3V, is there a way you can change such that the HPD_SNK goes high after 3.3V is stabilized?
Please also make sure the 3.3V and RSTn follow the requirement in section 11.1 SN75DP130 Power Sequencing.
