TL16C754C: RS485 Mode Can Only Transmit While Cannot Receive

Hi team,

My customer is using TL16CP754CIPM and set in RS485 mode, during test, they find they can only transmit data through TX pins while cannot receive data through RX pins. Phenomenon as below:

If 1 character is sent from the link partner, nothing received.

If several characters are sent from link partner, some wrong data(not the same characters) can be received.

I have the schematic which could share with you offline, please send your email address to me.

Customer is using the same HW/SW for TL16CP754CIPM and XR16V564DIV(EXAR), XR16V564DIV works well while TL16CP754CIPM has above phenomenon, is there any differences between these 2 parts?
