DP83867IR: Is any software change required (e.g. modification of Linux Driver) if DP83867ISRGZR is replaced with DP83867IRPAP

We are using DP83867IS for one of our hardware designs. Unfortunately, the chip is out of stock. Please let me know if We need to modify any software component (e.g Linux Driver) if We replace DP83867IS with DP83867IRPAP. Will it work as it is if We just modify our hardware design?

    Hi,

    The only register differences to note are that some values were that were previously defaults are now straps, and some values that were previously strapped are now defaulted. The PAP version and NGZ version do have different functionality for address 0x172.
