I use in my board a DP83867IS in SGMII mode with 1Gbps. But because there is no supply available for this component in the moment, I am looking for an other ethernet phy trancseiver compatible with it.

I want to know if it is possible to replace it with the DP83869.

Is there someone who can help me.

Hi,

The boards are similar but not pin to pin compatible. I have linked an app note that compares the two with a competitior part. Ignoring the competitor part, the app note does a really great job of highlighting the differences and similarities between the DP83869 and the DP83867. https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snla333/snla333.pdf
