Hi Team,

My customer wants to replace DS90UB941 with DS90UB947. What are the differences between DS90UB947 and DS90UB941 except the interface of input signal?

If possible, any other things should take into consideration?

    Hello Eric,

    These are two completely different devices, and as you have mentioned, the type of interface is completely different. Rather than that, there are different pin fuctions and location such as INTB, LFDSI, LFOLDI, REFCLKx, Reserved Pins... etc


    Additionally there are other magor differences as below:
    1) ESD ratings
    2) Current consumption
    3) different Power-up sequence and timings

    For exact differences, you need to refer to the datasheets.
