Hi Experts,
We were checking on this item n found that Pin40(NC) actually comes with a wire-bonding?
I don't see a PCN on TI's site or IHS. May I know what's the purpose of this wire-bonding? Or if you can share an updated PCN.
Thank you.

Hi,
Both pin 18 and 40 are NC, please leave them as No Connect.
Thanks

Hi David,
Thanks.
Puzzled why Pin 40 comes with a wirebonding when its supposed to be NC.
Hi,
Even with wirebonding of these two pins, I would just follow the datasheet recommendation and leave them as no connect.
Thanks
David
