ONET1101L: DC Coupling to Laser Diode with Current Sourcing

Part Number: ONET1101L

I would like use this ONET1101L laser driver to drive a laser with DC coupling to the laser diode. From the data sheet, it says the BIAS pin can source and sink. It appears that the MOD+/- can also source and sink current. The datasheet indicates that the max modulation current of 80mA is only available with AC coupling to the laser diode. Here are a few questions.

1. What is the maximum modulation current when DC coupling to laser diode?

2. Can you confirm the current sourcing capability of the MOD+/- pins? I want to make sure the MOD+ pin can drive current through the laser diode and into ground.

3. This device has 3.3V supply, what the minimum voltage at MOD+ pin when the device is sourcing current at the maximum current level into the laser diode?

4. What the the maximum voltage at MOD+ pin when the device is sinking current at the maximum level from the laser diode?

5. Do you have a sample circuit for driving a laser diode with DC coupling?

Thanks!
