I want to confirm a circut.

My design has one output port. So it does not have two output port.

I will attach the design I thought.

Is there a problem with this design?

Reviewed your schematic and this looked fine.

In your pcb layout, please put two 75-ohm to Vcc in parallel with one another. The magnetic effect would provide a better output eye diagram.
