Hi.

I have two questions.

Q1

I want to improve the rising waveform.

Is there a register that can improve waveform?

Q2

Is the amplitude of the waveform improved with register 0x4 AMP?

    Greetings,

    1). There is not a register that can improve waveform.

    2). Amplitude can be changed through register 0x04[4:0].

    There are two ways to improve output eye diagram:

    1). Please closely follow figure 8 of the data sheet. 75-ohm pull up Rs need to belayed out in parallel and close to one another. The magnetic effect would improve eye diagram.

    2). If this is possible, please consider LMH0318 or LMH0397 since these two devices have onboard retimer and eye diagram is much sharper. .
