No, the DP83TD720 does not support the IEEE 802.1 standard.

Could it support TC8? Customer need to support IEEE802.1Q (VLAN): match the TC8 test of TCP/IP, here we need to help confirm whether phy does not support IEEE802.1Q, it still can be achieved? We are not sure whether this protocol IEEE802.1Q (VLAN) to rely on PHY...

Hi Amelie,

This would be a MAC requirement. The PHYs will transfer the data that meets these requirements as long as it is paired with a MAC that supports the requirements.
