TUSB319EVM: Separate supply of board power and VBUS output

Hi

I want to separate supply of board power and VBUS output.

I want TUSB319 work on self power from 12V-DC.
On the other hand, I want VBUS output of TypeC-CN is supplied from uUSB-CN.
Is such a configuration possible?

For examle, when SW1 is position2 (USB power supply)  and 12V-DC-jack is connected,
which is the power source of TUSB319 and  VBUS output of TypeC-CN?
