TPS65988: Ok to use the TPS65988DH as a one port part?

Part Number: TPS65988

Due to the TPS65987DDH stock shortages, I plan to use the TPS65988DH instead. However, the product has only one port. Can someone confirm this part will work as designed with pins 45,46 & 47 left open/uncommitted? Thank you.

    Hello Jordan,

    It should work. To avoid unintended interrupts please disable the port in device configuration setting using GUI.

    FYI, 88DH can support 87 emulation mode to make the internal power path of unused port available to port-0. To enable this feature, set bit 87 emulation mode in register 0x27 and  short Vbus1 - Vbus2.
