TUSB1146: Some questions about Adaptive EQ

Hi Team,

1. What activates the TUSB1146 to start distinguishing between a short channel and a long channel? Does it happen at every connection?

2. How fast do the Fast AEQ and Full AEQ determine the best EQ?

    Hi Roy,

    1. AEQ does happen at every connection and will occur when part transitions form disconnect state to active USB mode.

    2. TUSB1146 will monitor the input signal quality to determine the best EQ based on the limits set in the I2C settings.
