3 inches should not be a problem. We do not have length requirement as long as you follow the high speed best practice and meet our channel specs.

Has any concern in this block diagram? 

In this video loop back test, can CSI receive the 2K image data?

If we want to use multiplexer on the CSI or FPD-link (3:1), have any chip be suggested?

Thank you so much for being patience! I reviewed the block diagram. I do not see any issue because the DS90UH941AS device is only interface with multiplexer such as TC358860XBG and TS5MP645. So, as long as the muxer and converter provide the correct format DSI interface, it shouldn't be a problem.
