TFP401A: ODCK of TFP401A is not proper

Hi,

We were using TFP401A IC, we are giving DVI as input but the issue is ODCK is coming around 2MHz only. What can be the issue?

It looks like the TFP401A is not seeing a clock. Can you share waveforms of the DVI clock?

Actually, we probed both DVI clock’s P& N but P is coming and N is not coming.

Hi Junehar,

If this is the case then the issue seems to be with your DVI source, not the TFP401.

But if we give the same source to a monitor it was proper.

It is likely a problem with your board then. Have you inspected your board for connection issues?
