DP83TG720S-Q1: How to implement 100BASE-T1 AND 1000BASE-T1 SGMII

It seems that DP83TG720S-Q1 only supports 1000BASE-T1. Is ther any simple way to build a solution that supports 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-t1 (switchable) on the same SGMII interface?

We do not have a single chip solution that supports both 100BASE-T1 and 1000BASE-T1.
