Yes, crosstalk requirements will depend on the application and cable type. For multi-channel coax, the NEXT/FEXT is >30dB. For STP, NEXT is >30dB and Insertion loss to FEXT ratio is >20dB. Check this article for example of ICR on Figure 12 -- https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt726/slyt726.pdf
